Watch out for wolves

In today’s message, “Watch Out for Wolves”, we continue our journey through the Gospel of Matthew, focusing on Jesus’ warning about false prophets in Matthew 7:15-20. Jesus tells us to be on guard against those who appear harmless but are actually harmful—wolves in sheep’s clothing.

We explored the biblical call to test leaders, influencers, and voices in our lives by examining the fruit of their actions, not just their words. In a world full of messages and “thought leaders,” it’s vital to exercise wisdom and discernment, weighing everything against the truth of Scripture and the character of Christ. Testing fruit takes time, and real influence should lead us toward spiritual health and wholeness in Jesus.

The bottom line: Be alert, remain connected to Jesus the true vine, and ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom as you allow others to speak into your life.
